   By accessing or purchasing courses from ForwardNodus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
   You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity under it. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and pricing
   Prices are shown in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Access is granted per course or plan as indicated at checkout.
4. Refunds
   If a course materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We may request context to improve quality and determine eligibility.
5. Educational content only
   Courses are for educational purposes and are not medical treatment or advice. Consult a clinician for questions about medications or health conditions.
6. Acceptable use
   Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or share paid content publicly. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
   All content is owned by ForwardNodus or its licensors. You may use it for personal learning under the license granted at purchase.
8. Privacy
   Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the service, you consent to those practices.
9. Disclaimers
   The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
    To the extent permitted by law, ForwardNodus will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
    We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
